Sean is Executive Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategy. In this role, he works closely with corporate leadership on strategic planning, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and stakeholder engagement. He also partners with senior executives across ¶¶ÒõÆƽâ°æ to evaluate and execute strategic transactions and ¶¶ÒõÆƽâ°æ’ overall corporate strategy. Sean joined Ziff Davis in 2017 and most recently served as its Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, leading the firm’s global activities related to mergers and acquisitions. In this role, Sean worked with executives across ¶¶ÒõÆƽâ°æ to advise on and lead more than 50 acquisitions, representing the deployment of more than $1.7 billion of capital, in addition to other strategic transactions, including the spin-off of Consensus Cloud Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCSI). Before joining ¶¶ÒõÆƽâ°æ, Sean was an attorney at the law firm Proskauer Rose in New York City, where he was a member of the firm’s Sports Group and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice. He has also worked at Comcast’s NBC Sports Group. Sean holds law and business degrees from the University of North Carolina.
